City employees with offices in DBHSC are encouraged to submit a work order via facilities@hamilton.ca which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or call (905) 546-2784. Please include in the email: location (address, floor, room), contact name and number onsite as well as specific details. If it is an urgent issue, please call the above listed number.

Carpet / Paint / Furniture Requests

Carpet and Paint Requests can be done on the DBHSC Work Order Form (PDF) and emailed to mhcserv@mcmaster.ca.

The university has a list of pre-approved preferred vendors which the Faculty of Health Sciences is authorized to work with, due to liability regulations. We will arrange to provide you with competitive quote(s), and work with you and the identified vendor or contractor to arrange mutually convenient completion timelines for orders or project work.
